ABOUT THE SLEEPING BEAUTY
THE SLEEPING BEAUTY (Mbaby) is revised according to the timeless classic tale. It is about a princess who fights against the fairy of darkness. The princess has been cursed by the fairy of darkness that she would die when she gets injured by a spindle at her 16th birthday. The king orders the whole kingdom to burn all the spindles. But the curse happened anyway. The fairy of light tries to remove the curse but fails. All she can do is change the princess from dying to sleeping. One hundred years later, a learned adventurer gives her a magic fruit to wake her up. When the princess remembers all these, she is very sad and shocked because her whole family is gone. What can she do now? Can she go back in time to see her family again? Let’s read the book and see.
